We prefer to work on your computer in our lab. This not only ensures a more comprehensive cleaning, but will also save you money, since the geeks can work on multiple computers at the same time in our lab setting. In other words, you aren't paying a geek to sit in your home waiting for downloads, updates, and installs to occur or for research to be done - you only pay for a portion of that time when the computer is worked on in the lab. Most systems can be cleaned up with 2 hours bench time. Systems requiring extensive updates, with multiple profiles or having deeply rooted virus or spyware problems can take longer.

Guarantee
With the exception of defective hardware, if we are unable correct your problem, you will not be charged. We will also let you know if the cost to resolve your problem is going to exceed our estimate or if we think you are better off replacing the system.
